The difference between AC-18, AC-18B and AC-18C:

AC-18 piston mini air compressor is without manometer, pressure regulator and air filter.

AC-18B airbrush compressor have manometer, pressure regulator and air filter. We can adjust the pressure as we need. We can kow the working pressure when airbrushing.

AC-18C airbrush air compressor is as same as AC-18B, but the pressure regulator and air filter is more better. See the difference from the pictures.
